Wo ist mein Paket?
Bei DHL heißt es seit Donnerstag, als ich bestellt habe, ‘Sendung elektronisch angekündigt’ und der Verkäufer hat mir nochmal nach nachfragen gestern mitgeteilt, es wäre versendet worden. Laut Verkäufer sollte es auch seit Samstag schon da sein, was nicht der Fall ist. Ich möchte einfach etwas Gewissheit. Der DHL Status bleibt dort einfach stehen.
‘Sent electronically announced’ means only that a shipping label has been requested, no more.
Once the seller has brought the package to the post office on Friday or Saturday, it is no wonder if the package is not yet there. It has to be picked up from there. The case would be worst if the consignor had put the package on Saturdays and it (because shortly before just left) had no longer been transported to the distribution center on the same day.
In addition, I have learned that on Mondays (or on holidays following working days) I get only very rare packages.
And as far as the broadcast status is concerned, I have received more than one DHL package, the status of which is 1. Working day After the successful delivery was still marked with ‘Sendung electronically announced’.
Is the DHL what you want to do?
You can ask the seller to prove when he put the package into the branch.
If that was the case with me, the seller hasn’t sent it yet. Then the shipping label was bought, but not yet sent to the post. It may also be that the tracking of the broadcast does not work – I have experienced more often.

Announced electronically, it is said that it has been registered for collection and still lies with the seller. Demand or wait, what else is not left to you.
“Electronicly announced” means that the parcel note was created and the shipment was not even delivered by the seller
If the seller claims he had already sent, he’ll lie to you in a bad mood.
Set him a deadline (e.g. 7 days), then you will get your money back
So, should I contact the seller again later if there is nothing until then and ask again? It’s a commercial provider, I wouldn’t have expected such problems.
It may happen that something is cheated, but then the Vk must also stand and take care of it.
Either he must finally take the show away or take care of where the show hangs, he has already sent it out against expectation.

Evtl. has not left the distribution center. Possibly it was damaged during transport (?), then the content must be checked for damage…or or…
