Hallo zusammen, mein Hermes Paket ist seit heute morgen um 7:35 Uhr in Zustellung, allerdings hat niemand geklingelt oder ähnliches. Weiß jemand woran das liegt?

Also ich habe was NEU bei Amazon bestellt. Es kam ohne Paket. Die OVP stand schon frei. Die Verpackung des Orduktes war eingedrückt und leicht beschädigt. Retoure?
Hat man bei Kleinanzeigen (bei Privatkäufen) eine Garantie, wenn diese nicht in der Beschreibung schon automatisch ausgeschlossen wurde? Oder wie sieht das Ganze dort aus?

Huhu, gibts bei jemanden beim Dhl tracking auch störungen? Kaufland hat mir um 6:50 uhr heut morgen meine sendenummer durchgeben aber es steht die ganze zeit “Status offen”. Und weiß jemand wie lange eine BüWa braucht? LG und danke

I have the same problem with a package I sent. It’s been a week. Every day the package is in delivery and at some point the tour is cancelled.
Sure, if he doesn’t make it on a day or two, that’s comprehensible, but over a week?
I rather think that the planning of delivery tours is partly really bad. Too many packages per delivery agent, that’s clear, and packages that are far behind the line and that’s not done, are obviously planned just as far back in the next tours, which is why such delays can take place for a really long time.
Because on the following day it is usually no less packages and accordingly the probability is high that your package does not arrive again.
I can therefore understand the concern well.
If the driver does not manage (travel, car defective, other problems) then the tracking of the consignment will soon change.
I guess I’ll try again tomorrow.
Come tomorrow. Not so nervous.
