Where in NRW can painters earn good money?
Hello,
Do you know of any companies near Dortmund, Bochum, Essen, Wuppertal where painters and varnishers earn good money or areas, or do you have any other tips?
I want to move in with my partner, but he already earns between €1,900 and €2,100 (depending on the workload) and has 25 days of vacation. But everywhere he's applied so far, he's only been paid minimum wage.
We really need advice because we don't know where to start looking since he's so nervous about changing companies.

Your partner has such a good chance to make private money. I know someone who finished training as painters and painters this year and also gets private orders. It’s black work I know and it’s not good either, I know that too. But he deserves well by the way. He is also paid every weekend, he gets approx. 700€ paid + material costs, order closing also money.
But don’t say it to anyone:)
If he starts for the minimum wage, after the trial period, he can go into the salary negotiation. He could also join the union, and then know what he can demand in terms of tariffs.
