Das ist ein ganz normale Felgenbreme, wie sie millionenfach an früheren Velos verbaut worden ist. Das kannst oben am Imbus drehen und das Kabel wir locker oder straffer machen und es zieht die Klötze näher oder weiter von der Felge hin oder weg.
Wenn Du sie sehr grob einstellen willst, kannst Du unten an der Bremse den Nocken lösen und das Kabel von Hand mehr spannen, nach fixierst Du den Nocken wieder.
Diese Felgenbremsen sind sehr einfach aufgebaut, entwickeln aber eine gute Bremswirkung. Die Klötze nützen sich ab und so muss man die Bremse regelmässig nachregulieren.

Das ist ein Zweigelenk-Seitenzugbremse oder dual pivot Seitenzugbremse.
Was willst du da groß einstellen? Zentrieren kann du sie,mit der Schraube, die durch die Gabel geht. Es geht auch mit der kleinen Schraube, die man in meinem Link rechts sieht, die es bei dir aber anscheinend nicht gibt. Kann man auch drauf verzichten.
Wie dicht die Bremsschuhe an der Felge sind, regelst du über die Zugspannung, links die Schraube lösen bei Bedarf.
Nachtrag: Es gibt links noch eine Nase zum Spannen bzw. Entspannen, damit man das Rad rausnehmen kann, ohne die Luft rauszulassen. Dieses Ding, das aussieht wie ein umgedrehtes Komma. Auf deinen Bildern steht es auf offen.
