No. Also a permit (e.g. from the landowner) alone does not help much.

For Airsoftweapons, the prohibition of conduct applies outside of encumbered ownership, only the completed transport is allowed. A violation can cost up to 10,000€.

A terrain is adequately satisfied when 1. has no third party access and 2. no ball can leave the cuff. And of course you also need permission from the owner to run around there.

Log in to the Airsoft Directory.de, use the team search and/or look there for events or events. Play fields around. This is the right way to play Airsoft. Illegal forest and meadows – actions only harm you (teuer, legal problems) and the hobby (doofe newspaper article by meaningless police operations, because passers-by people see types with weapons).

Tell me how to think that something like that could only be allowed to happen.

Here is a (non-concluding) list of offences and crimes you could commit:

  • House peace break
  • Breakdown
  • Damage to property
  • Injury
  • Threat with a gun
  • Infringement of the non-execution of licences
  • Infringement of the obligation of full-year use of weapons (for Airsofts with > 0,5 Joule)
  • Infringement of the authorisation of shooting in the public

You can’t do that with 13.

In the forest it is forbidden:

Is Airsoft allowed in the forest?

It is prohibited to run with anciene weapons, i.e. replicas of firearms outside their own or agreed to run peaced property. No matter whatForestryin the pedestrian zone or elsewhere. So just play with it at home. AW: AgainSoftair in the forest!!!

The answer comes a little late but it helps people who ask themselves the same questions, All weapons over 0.5Joule are allowed only on satisfied private grounds, since the 2007 Statement All under 0.5Joule are no longer determined by the law of arms and you can also run them publicly…. ABEER isn’t because they are regarded as firearms and there’s a gray zone because according to the law a weapon of appearance loses the status if it is clearly marked as a toy or the like, means if you make an orange tip in the barrel and you big toy/toy on the barrel or otherwise where write or glue a corresponding sticker on it theoretically legal.

… At least about the forest and similar places!

Believe hardly anything is private grounds/state forest. If you know jmden who has a forest, I’d rather ask. The bullets rot yes, I think so.

The owner is in itself a good approach, but does not bring much. It is nevertheless necessary to observe the prohibition of leadership outside the encumbered possession. And to satisfy a forest plot enough is anything but simple…

No. On private plots you can’t stop without permission.

Hi.

Airsoft is already cool, but you shouldn’t run around in public places with the gun as Airsoft is easy to confuse with real weapons.

On your own property, however, this is not a big problem.

If the forest belongs to you, it’s not a problem if you don’t want to get caught. (Just ask the owner if you can)

PS: Use Öco cartridges (Öco BBs) because otherwise the owner of the forest will not be just lucky over his dirty forest.

Just don’t care if you shoot friends somewhere in the forest
