Where do you order or buy good, fresh fish at a right price?

Hi, I wanted to grill fish outdoors with my girlfriend this coming weekend. Of course, I need to know where I can find good, fresh fish? Whether online or at a fish market (the market should be somewhere between Dortmund and the Sauerland region), otherwise I would just order it. Thank you very much.

Fresh fish online? I thought -fresh – is shortly after the catch?

I always buy fresh fish from the cutter.

you’re right, but it’s also my premise (for me) and in/um Dortmund there may be no other way, but is one

From Italy or Norway almost fish delivered daily does not comply with your requirement of “short after the catch”

I would still buy the fish, I wouldn’t have the choice at my Edeka.

I’m buying my fish from EDEKA. So far I bought Penny’s sea salmon because it’s not water-sprayed. But Penny doesn’t get it anymore. EDEKA’s sea salmon is good and inexpensive. Freeze – if you are interested. I’ll cook him. I don’t know if you can grill it.

The smoked salmon with so pfeffer for bread (no slices) is at the Edeka mega tasty you have to try.

By the way, salmon has nothing to do with sea salmon!

clear can the grills on the skin side and then on the side, lid on it so garnish up. Hangs from the thick longer than 10 min it never needs

Unfortunately, the sea salmon, at least at Penny, is not offered as a page, but as a fillet

Commission Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 December 2012 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products (OJ L 347, 20.12.2012, p. 1).

so that grilling on the skin is not possible, otherwise the types of preparation are almost no limits!

That’s true! Seelachs is not a salmon – the fish is actually only nicely roasted.

Fresh, inexpensive and good fish are only obtained in northern Germany. Otherwise, the fish trader, but freshly the stuff is no longer.

A fisherman’s shop has been closed with me around years ago (unfortunately good specialist shops die out), but fortunately Edeka has a well-stocked fish counter. I know that the large markets also offer buying land and real fresh fish. Do you have one near you? Otherwise ask neighbors.

Whether the fish is still fresh when you order it online is more than questionable. Surely there are fish shops nearby you. Buy there.
