Where can you get mental health help the fastest?

Hello, I'm not doing so well mentally at the moment. Sometimes it's okay. Sometimes it's better, but sometimes I'm so low that I even consider suicide. But I don't think I'd ever be able to go through with it or have the courage to do it. Things are hitting me harder, and someone once told me that's called being highly sensitive.

In these questions I always answer the same..I always helped the very simple meditation at the time.. Just 20 minutes immediately after getting up thinking nothing. But no longer

Are you trying? It’s amazing!

And if yes, say

If it is no longer possible, I recommend calling you 116 117.

Otherwise, there are consultancy points of the diacony or caritas.

You can also try calling the phone care or chatting to them.

You should first talk to your parents – no matter how old or you couldn’t finish it. It is important that they know about it, then you can help you better.

Apart from them, you can google if there is someone near you who works as a therapist or psychologist.

But if it is really urgent, at school there are still at least one trust teacher and/or social pedagogue you should be able to talk to.

to the doctor. He’ll make you a transfer. Consider if you need help immediately and want to go straight to a clinic or to the waiting list of psychotherapy

That’s it. Nowadays everyone has a crack and every second is in therapy. You should estimate how you really feel and get a second opinion with the doctor. A hospital stay takes about 3 to 6 weeks and can end(!) with subsequent rehabilitation

You can try the telephone care. Or write with friends.

That helps me.

In the long term, therapy would be useful.

The most immediate thing would be the forced assignment. But you lose your freedom.

In the case of free will, no forced instruction is required

No, but it can be voluntary that you can’t get a seat.

Sign up with your health insurance that you need an appointment with a psychiatrist, but you don’t get one yourself.

They have an appointment service for something like that.

Only then can you choose neither the doctor nor the appointment.
