Where can I get a W203 original air mass meter?

So, on Monday a spark plug in my engine melted, but it was repaired.

Immediately after purchasing the car, the MIL came because of the air mass sensor, which was then replaced with one from Bremi….

Unfortunately, the MIL came back three times, but the error was ignored. The result was the spark plug… now the MIL came back, and again the air mass sensor on bank 2.

So I wanted to exchange it a second time for one from Hella (just ordered)

But if that doesn't work either, I finally wanted to go back to an original, but now I don't know exactly where to get one. I can only find some online on eBay, but I don't entirely trust the site… So if anyone knows where to get one, I'd be extremely grateful if they could share it with me 🙂

(I know it would be smartest to switch directly to the original, but I'll try my luck)

And are Bremi/Hella brands well-known? Has anyone had experience with them?

And is there anything you can do wrong during installation? Pull off the old blade, unplug the connector, put on the new one, tighten the clamps, clean the connector, and put it back on, or not?

Hello

OK if a candle in the M111 melts or multiple times the LMM is not the problem,

So if you can only swap parts and thus burn a lot of money and the engine is damaged more and more. better you go to an expert who is not a mechatronic. Because 3-4 LLM continues, the motor may be “plated”.

Hello

if the candle had no Macke (appears at Bosch for example) or fell down during transport or before assembly, then one has an incandescent ignition problem in the combustion chamber that was not recognized and counter-controlled by the knock sensor system or usually the engine control light and the emergency run comes far before the candle “smalls” because if this happened the engine is close to the Exitus.

Thus, first of all, the mixture formation in the cylinder is explained by the injection valve, the control times or whether the piston is full of oil coal or the suction side is added. This can be done quite elegantly with the Stardiagnosis, because one can interrogate cylinder-selective ignition and mixture, but this is based on measuring probes that have been built up is therefore not pesky and also a bit slow (difuss).

In addition, there is also the “chip tuning problem” and that the compressor “sets” at the age or the bearings conceal and scrapes small coating particles from then on compressor rollers and the land then in the combustion chambers or most in the cylinder near the compressor. That happens when someone exaggerates the compressor after a few 1000km full load, with serial motors it took far after 100000km to 150000km.

So incandescent ignition or glazed candle without emergency operation of the engine control is surely “chip tuner plug”

Hella belongs to the Bosch Group and builds such components exclusively in OEM quality and is not only one of the largest OEM suppliers at MB. At MB you can get the same only in blue packaging. Mercedes also buys such devices where they are best available.alternatively, you could also take meyle, Bosch or TYC, are all original equipment at MB and offer the best quality and fit

Hello

Hella has sold a lot to Bosch but Hella has been taken over by Mahle/Feurecia after 20 years with Temic(Siemens), TMD, Behr, Beru, ZF

Hello

Hella is OEM at Daimler and the electronics of Hella/Behr made the former Daimler/Temic Ast. This was once the AEG/Telefunken, which was bought by Daimler, can put Daimler Bosch under pressure or Temic made it much cheaper than Bosch. This is a major problem for Daimler after 1990 with the change from Bosch to Billi quality according to the minimum standard of Opel/Ford/BMW/Fiat/PSA. VW made the same before with the ITT Schaub Lorenz and the Triumph Adler Group (Digifant MotorControl) only VW has taken over the Bosch quality level and Bosch has been redirecting developments. The Digifant was basically a Motronic “light” on L Jetronic basis

Bosch Knickte then with only VAG, Porsche as regular customers after 1996 and also built “Billigkruscht” under the Bosch Label zb the compact lighting machines at VW came from Zexxel/Bosch in 1994 and based on Hitachi were basically the same as in Mazda, Toyota, Ford, GM, and not especially “repeat-friendly”. The comfort as a Bosch service of the first hour did not even come to spare parts
