WLAN stick always turns off?

Hello,

I have the WLAN Stick Fritz

AC 430 Mu-Mimo. It suddenly keeps losing the connection. It either turns back on a few seconds later or doesn't turn on at all. Then I have to restart the PC, which doesn't work either, as the screen just stays on the "shutting down" screen and doesn't turn off. It usually loses the connection when I'm playing a game or doing a speed test, but not when I'm watching YouTube. I've tried everything, but I just can't find a solution. What could be wrong?

Wi-Fi dongles are terrible. Look at them the wrong way and the connection disappears.

Solution 1: Position the WLAN stick so that you or a cable cannot accidentally touch it. This will cause the connection to be lost.

Solution 2: You probably have a PC, not a laptop. If you have a free PCIe slot, buy a wireless card.
