Hello,

Your first question is not so easy to answer.
There is simply a lack of information on what the connection should be used for.
If streaming service is used (maybe even parallel), the connection for home office is used (Webex, etc.), etc.
With a DSL100 connection, you should be able to comfortably receive 2 4K streams on Netflix and work in the home office.

Your WLAN then takes care of the distribution of the data requested from the Internet and has no influence on the speed of the router.
It’s part of your local network.
The 2.4 Ghz frequency band theoretically transmits 450 MBit/s.
The 5 GHz frequency band transmits theoretically up to 1300 Mbit/s.
The 2.4 GHz band is therefore slower, so the signal continues.
as that of the 5 GHz band.
Both speed values are theoretical, as written.
Since both frequency bands are subject to external influences and interference factors, you will hardly reach these speeds. How high these will be, however, one cannot say in advance, as only helps try.

Greetings Torsten S.
