Wizzair thinks I paid too much?

Hello,

I was supposed to leave tomorrow. I wanted to check in, but I got a message saying I had "overpaid" and should contact customer service. Has anyone experienced this before? I can't get through to either the live chat or the hotline. I'm being denied check-in.

If you don’t go online, contact the airport checkin.

It’s not your fault and not your problem if you can’t check in online because of them, then I wouldn’t pay a cent for it.

You made a mistake in the payment process. Did you pay the total?

You must stay there – even if it takes hours in the hotline (even at Lufthansa in the English hotline this was the case at the moment, then it will be similar to Wizzair). Otherwise you can’t fly.
