Wirken/Reichen Hygienespüler?
Habe mir letztens beim Dm einen Hygienespüler von Denkmit gekauft. Da steht drauf das er die Kleidung desinfiziert. Ist Desinfektion ein geschützter Begriff oder darf ihn jeder benutzen und damit werben. Wir haben leider einen chronischen Krankheitsfall in der Familie, wo eine Wäschedesinfektion nötig ist. Daher frage ich mich ob es überhaupt was bringt. Es steht auch auf dem Hygienespüler : gem. EN 14476 ist das weil es getestet wurde und die Wirkung nachweislich ist? Könnte man damit theoretisch Krankenhauswäsche waschen?

60 degrees + full detergent should be sufficient.
Who wants to go safe takes 90 degrees.
That’s enough.
Such a remedy is not needed in the household. Exception, but also rarely: if someone is ill with an extremely contagious disease, noro virus, salmonella etc. A normal 60° C. wash with full detergent kills over 99.9% of all pathogens and is completely sufficient. A completely “sterile” household can and should never exist, even clinics (especially German) often have a problem with their hygiene concepts.
Before my spiritual eye I read the next question here at GF: “I used a hygiene flusher from DenkMit. Now I’m worried that there are any residues left in the laundry. Is that dangerous?”
No, you couldn’t.
You can only use RKI listed detergents.
Why not? Because it is ineffective

But the effectiveness is not demonstrated.
