I have two wounds on my cheek [see picture]… Not very deep, rather superficial, but one of them bled and I wonder if it will leave a scar?

I have roughly the same pimples that you can see in the picture in a ring around my inner foreskin. I am only 15 and have never had sexual intercourse and they have been there for a few months.
