If you mean the screen brightness: No, then the recorded brightness remains the same as it hit the camera.

However, if you have reduced the brightness of the recording yourself for the recording, this will also remain.

In principle, however, it is so that in standard settings the ambient brightness indicates more or less how light or dark a video looks. The display brightness is unaffected by this.

The brightness of the display has no influence. Only if it gets darker outside, then of course the image becomes darker.
