Those who have completed a voluntary social year (FSJ) generally earn very little money and will have difficulty paying the cost of living and the rent. It is therefore obvious to apply for housing. Approval of the application then depends on whether you have a minimum income or below it.
Residential allowance is paid during the FSJ only if you are above the minimum income.

In this respect, a minimum amount of the pocket money first determines whether there is any entitlement to a living allowance at all.
In this respect, I believe that the TG should not be counted on housing.
