Move Windows and all files?

When I built my PC, I only used HDDs. That was definitely a huge mistake. Now I want to upgrade and buy one or two SSDs. The problem is that all my files, including Windows, are on one of these HDDs. Is it possible to transfer the files and Windows to the SSD, or will that cause problems? If it's possible, can someone explain how to do it?

Oh, no, sorry.

I use it Rescuezilla. All is copied 1:1.

This is not suitable for cloning – with Windows running, the disk 1.1 must be copied including hidden files!

Simply clone the HDD on the SSD (1:1 copy)
