Windows repair loop after changing CPU cores?

I recently wanted to increase the CPU cores on my Windows 11 Pro computer from one to the actual six. Since this didn't work in msconfig, I removed the "Number of CPUs" field (the blue check mark), then applied the setting and rebooted. Since then, my computer has been trying to repair itself, but it can't.

What can you do?

It's the same problem, only on Windows 10: https://superuser.com/questions/1456603/cant-fix-msconfig-processor-setting-after-changing-number-of-processors-to-8 .

Let me guess you were supposed to make the start faster?
Why do you always think this would be something to do with the CPU cores?

You can only take a Windows Repair Restore Point and reset the Windows. You can use a Windows USB stick.

Before making such changes in the system, you should read about it, etc., which makes it effective.
