Hallo,
Hello first I would find out the IP of the printer and by cmd command
Ping 192.168.x.x -t look 👀 b of these connection breaks.
Alternatively a pair of solutions:
1.please look at the page of the printer manufacturer by current drivers.
2.Selectively, I would switch to the network printer via IP and check the current settings
3.Selecting printer as a standard printer helps miracles
4. Remove printers and reconnect them via IP/TCP
Network printers generally have a high error rate in networks, which I can say as a system integrator. For this reason one cannot categorically say where the error exists.
At HP you always have to jump through extra tires. Even with your inkservice, no more pleasure, I’ll do it with the phone.
Really? I thought it was just a problem of HP. Oh, man! What are they doing wrong?
Do you have the manual of the part?
w/Lan printers are actually another number.
is the network set up for this?

I’ve just started the quick one, no idea if that’s what.
What is that? sNetwork? You have to help me. The printer is connected by WLAN, so this is not a wifi direct at which it is connected to the router, like my PC, just hold via LAN cable
how now? Printer via WLAN or LAN? Or does LAN refer to the PC? (Is not clearly formulated)
does the printer receive its IP from the router or does it use a static IP stored in the printer? If the printer gets its IP assigned by the router via DHCP -> is an address reservation entered in the router for the printer, so that the same IP is always allocated?
Windows is not Windows. What exact version are we talking about?
This means HP Smart App? This thing likes to make trouble.
In HP, there are also HP Easy Start in the download area of the printer in addition to the smart app, with which (besides the printer device) only the drivers are installed that Windows needs – without running through the HP Smart App. I would completely uninstall HP Smart App and then make sure that only the required drivers are installed for printing and scanning.
Follow the instructions in HP Smart to follow the

to complete the installation.

the easiest would be to start again from point a so when starting the printer and the connection itself
