Windows gets stuck in an endless loop?

Hello everyone,

I have an Acer laptop with Windows 10. It would freeze on the Acer loading screen during bootup, and then "Preparing Automatic Repair" would appear. Then the computer shuts down, and the whole process starts again. I've already tried solutions like plugging a boot stick into the laptop and prioritizing it in the boot manager. Now the "Preparing Automatic Repair" message no longer appears, but it still shuts down and only gets to the same point.
How do I make it boot from my flash drive so I can start in safe mode?

  1. Stelle sicher, dass der Boot-Stick korrekt erstellt wurde und dass er bootfähig ist. Überprüfe gegebenenfalls die Erstellung des Boot-Mediums erneut.
  2. Gehe ins BIOS oder UEFI deines Laptops und prüfe, ob der Boot-Stick als erste Bootoption eingestellt ist. Manchmal ist es notwendig, Secure Boot oder ähnliche Sicherheitseinstellungen zu deaktivieren, um von einem externen Medium zu booten.
  3. Versuche es mit einem anderen Boot-Stick oder einem anderen USB-Port, um sicherzustellen, dass das Problem nicht am Stick oder am Port liegt.

Wenn diese Schritte nicht funktionieren oder du weitere Hilfe benötigst, könnte ein Hardwareproblem vorliegen, das möglicherweise von einem Fachmann untersucht werden sollte.
