Windows 11 update to 22H2?

Hello,

I've been having trouble downloading Windows updates for a while now. I now know why: I'm still running Windows 11 21H2, and this version no longer receives updates. Is there any way to still perform the update?

Data should be backed up regularly, but especially during an update like this, because something can always go wrong.

that's an upgrade

and sorry… a backup should always be maintained and not only when you are asked to do a Win upgrade

ah yeah… they changed it again

Click the second download button, and you'll get an ISO file. You can mount it as a drive by double-clicking it. Then start the setup, and it will perform an upgrade. It should at least work that way.

Aha. Well then… If you can't do that, then stick with a three-year-old version whose support was discontinued in spring 2023.

Yes, possibly via the Microsoft Update Tool or a new installation.
