Windows 11 touchpad?

Hi, I have a notebook configured by pcspecialist.de. After reinstalling it, the touchpad no longer works. I don't think it was disabled somehow via the keyboard. I tried using FN F5 because that's what it looks like, but it doesn't work. I can't find any driver for it in the device manager either, just the one for my Logitech, which I've just connected. I can't find any, neither in the device manager nor in Windows Update. Where can I get the driver? I can't just get it from the notebook manufacturer like I usually do.

Furthermore, it also says that the Windows key could not be activated and troubleshooting etc. does not help.

https://www.intel.de/content/www/de/de/support/detect.html
