Win 10: View internet data usage over a period of 6 months?

I'm considering canceling my landline phone and internet connection and using only an LTE router to access the internet via mobile data (I don't need landline telephony anyway).

How can I determine over a longer period of time in Windows 10
( not just the 30-day overview under Settings / Network+Internet / Status)
how much data volume have I used in the last 6 months?

Is there a trustworthy, inexpensive software for this?

Or can I view this information with my phone provider (in my case, O2) for at least a six-month period? I couldn't find anything.

Thank you!

I believe in Windows you can only see how much volume you have consumed within 30 days. I wouldn't trust data usage statistics on Windows, because I don't know if it's up to my USB thetering, but under Windows I don't see 100% correct. Say: I have used 30GB within 1 month, but the Windows tells me that I was supposed to have consumed only 16GB although even Android has betrayed that the Internet has guaranteed to consume 30GB via USB Thetering.

But with most LTE routers, data consumption can be looked after under router, probably even until the last 6 months (depending on router). I would trust data consumption statistics more directly under router setting than testify to Microsoft. And if there is no last 6 months, you can write up every 30 days and then count together.

If you want to know this reliably, the best can be detected by the router.
Even a FritzBox that only lasts for the current and the previous month.

Call your ISP and request information.
