My question is, are there easy ways to gain weight without having to cook (prepare food ) myself? Of course, I know that it won't be easy to gain weight, but it's best to do it as easily as possible.
So cornflakes, I can make a quick sandwich, that's not the problem
I also looked at sites like Prozis or myprotein
If you have any tips or anything to say about it, I would be grateful 🙂
E.g. bulk shakes, creatine or vitamin D tablets etc. to make it easier to gain weight, things like that, which of these would be good to start with?
As I said, I have no idea about the subject matter.
I wouldn’t want to admit supplements to a beginner. Vitamin d perhaps, most have a deficiency. But creatine (in the beginning) or even Massgainer, I see as a stolen money.
If you want to build up up to 70 kg, you will get me home workouts and a calorie excess of your target very quickly.
What you eat is all about as long as you eat a lot. That’s the only way to get in and build up. It’s best not to keep a lot of sugar because it’s unhealthy.
There are numerous recipes for mass shakes on YouTube, for that you don’t need to cook…
Otherwise you will probably eat something in general, tell your ma to cook for another person, you just eat 2 portions.
It’s hard at the beginning, but it’s after 1-2 weeks and you take too and can eat a lot.
Eggs are also not intertwined for proteins and are easy to make, as nothing can go wrong, and they are each shaft. (Or finished dishes 👀)
Proteinhakes are good at first. You’ve got to get up with the food. You will notice that it will be difficult at the beginning to eat a lot and especially nutrient rich. It’s time your stomach gets used to it. I recommend Tortellini. They have many calories and are quickly prepared. Ready-made dishes of Frosta are also delicious, fast prepared and also relatively healthy and good to increase. The week there are high protein pizzas at Lidl. You can get them. Are delicious!
Hello zSenpai!
As a beginner, you certainly do not need any supplements and also no additional protein. It is often forgotten that our normal, versatile food is sufficient for a heavy worker – including protein and carbohydrates.
You just need much more calories
