I'm having problems with Forza Horizon 4, and support suggested I reinstall the game. Could I lose my saves? Or is everything saved in the cloud anyway? FYI: I purchased the game on Steam.

Steam has a cloud on which the game levels are stored. Usually these remain completely present.
In case of emergency, you can make a “backup” of your game levels, but usually nothing happens with the game levels when reinstalling 🙂
