Will nichts essen?
Hey,
LG
Eating disorders can be seen by the thoughts almost constantly circulating around food, calories, weight, figure and scales – and by the fear of gaining with a bad conscience after eating, as all eating disorders occur in the head – and quite independently of the actual weight. Its disorders are in principle curable – but only if it is possible to get this delusion from the head and best with the help of a psychologist.
Here you will find many foods that stimulate appetite.

This depends on whether this is only today or this week, or whether you have longer and how much you currently weigh and even if your BMI says you are very underweight, then I would get help with a doctor right away.
I’m already in therapy. I just need someone to convince me to eat something
Just don’t think about what you eat. The main thing is you eat something you like. Whether it’s an expensive chocolate, or a piece of apple. Of fruit you will not be able to increase, because sugar needs the body anyway. I think the best is when you study food, so you always know exactly what you eat. Knowledge could help you in this case. There are also “Sports” to take off. If you know that you can balance everything – whatever you eat, whether it’s hot wires or fat – with sport, it doesn’t matter what you eat when you do sports. So if you eat a plate of spaghetti and after that make an hour sport, you have partially retrained the calories.
You should eat something… don’t have to be big… a little healthy enough… you’re tired and you’re not starving… a rice with some vegetables in it… or some noodles…
Sure, the mental doctor.
