Will I have a bottleneck?

Good Morning.
I got an I9 13900k as a gift but I have a 4070 and someone on TikTok said that I would get (a big bottleneck) and that the configuration would be bad. What do you think?

It depends on what you're doing with your computer and at what resolution. For most games, the graphics card is significantly more important, especially at 1440p and higher. For esports titles, you'll want a good CPU and a 1080p monitor with a high refresh rate.
There will always be a bottleneck somewhere, but as long as you don't want to play at 4K or play more esports titles anyway, it won't affect you, even if you sacrifice some CPU performance. If you still have an older monitor (1080p 60hz), I would definitely recommend that over any other upgrade, as otherwise you won't be able to take full advantage of the performance.
