Will I ever be able to work there again?

Last year, I asked my employer for a termination agreement because I could no longer work there. I was completely exhausted for various reasons (bullying, excessive stress, harassment, strange working conditions). I stayed there for a relatively long time because I was afraid of unemployment and that applying for a job wouldn't achieve anything anyway.

From that perspective, the termination agreement wasn't a particularly good decision, but I can't reverse it now. I didn't receive a particularly good reference either.

I'll probably never be able to apply for a job at the location where I worked (a large medical group with several locations), right? My former employer is a pretty high-ranking employee there and has a lot of influence. This is really annoying me right now 🙁

You can apply. I doubt, however, that this employer would hire you.

I wonder why you want to apply there again:

Was fixed and finished due to various reasons (mobbing, much too much stress, harassment, strange working conditions).

That’s totally contradictory.

It is an association of many practices. Of course, I would no longer want to work in this practice, but perhaps in another 🙁

Of course you can apply there again 🙂

I don’t understand such questions.

Of course, I can apply there, but that’s what a former boss gets with and tries to prevent it with all means :/

Maybe. Maybe not.
