Usually no.

There are exceptions for some companies, often when they are known at the destination. In private individuals absolutely unlikely.

If the place is small, the recipient regularly gets mail and there is a good postman – yes.

spontaneously I would say no. Maybe it would be a little town or a village if the letter carrier knows the inhabitants. in a big city…
