WiFi suddenly doesn't work anymore?
My box is hanging on two screws and it has somehow come loose from one screw, which means it is only hanging on one. The light is on and I can connect but there is an exclamation mark and it says I have no internet access.
I've already turned it off and on and restarted the phone. What can I do now?

I meant the old cable. But since you've already replugged it and it still doesn't work, it's probably defective and you need a new one. Do you have the connection with us?

Are all the plugs plugged in? Simply unplug and replug everything.
If nothing else works: factory reset and reinstall the configuration (if saved) or retype everything.
