WiFi keeps breaking down Telekom?
Hello community,
Let me briefly describe my problem. I rent a flat in an apartment building and I'm constantly having problems with my Telekom router (the black Speedport). The router keeps losing connection. It lights up orange briefly. I press it once to reconnect, and then it works perfectly again. Still, it's very annoying.
A few weeks ago, I noticed a connection with my house's doorbell system. Whenever my doorbell or my neighbor's (I live on the ground floor and can hear it), the Wi-Fi drops out. I've already contacted a Telekom employee and explained the problem, but they didn't take it seriously. They simply rebooted my router…
I don't know what the problem is or what the solution is, maybe you can help me, I suspect something in the power grid
Hello,
I often wish to get such a clear error picture delivered, because I can imagine the connection of doorbell and internet failure (whether complete demolition or WLAN failure) very well, just after a colleague had a customer at the winding where the internet always fell out when the bells of the nearby church were running.
There have already been some suggestions here. If nothing leads to improvement, please contact us Contact form and we’re putting on our field.

can be that the ringing system is wireless and goes from the WLAN at a frequency. you’re going to have to go around
Go ahead and set the channels manually and more experientially (if the restricted router leaves it at all)
Frequency was also my first thought I can test. However, if the connection is cancelled, the partial 2-3 floors live on top
no warning. I’ve never heard anything like that
can be, however, if things are so cheap China scrap without DE/EU approval, then it can be that this is so radiating… who knows
Hi.
To help you do, you should first say what is interrupted, the Internet to the router, or actually the WLAN.
Then I would examine the effect more closely. Do the neighbors have such a problem? Evtl. If the router is too sensitive to electromagnetic disorders, then I would exchange it at the Deutsche Telekom store.
