Hey, I don't have LAN or WLAN on the router, so I'm connected to my phone with mobile data as a hotspot for my PC (see picture), but even though it's connected, I don't have internet and all the videos on YouTube didn't help.

You have the hotspot internet, you can download the updates. Even if this costs some data volume.
Maybe your phone is too weak or the laptop has a problem with the hotspot. It is treated technically differently (from laptop) than a WiFi router.
