You have very strong overweight.

Have you had a thorough examination before, maybe you have a thyroid subfunction.

If everything is OK, here with tip for you:

Try it like this:

In principle, you can actually eat everything, just no candy, cakes, etc.

Many other treats such as chips, flips etc. should be avoided.

Also be a bit careful with fruit, because there is usually also a lot of sugar – more vegetables.

Beer and wine, etc., that leave.

Eat 3x per day – as far as possible after 18:00.

Of 3 normal meals only half eat.

Before each meal, drink a large glass of water, that takes away the greatest hunger and, of course, drink a lot during the day. Water without carbonic acid, because this makes hungry.

No intermediate meals that promote appetite.

No picking pills – they won’t help.

1/2 kg per week is good, then the Jo-Jo effect remains out.

And, of course, a lot of exercise/sport, best would be a gym where everything you need is shown to you. If you do not have this possibility, then run, jogging, cycling, ground exercises at home etc.

And if there’s something to celebrate, you can sin once again, even if you put one more pen that belongs to it.

But that’s how the stomach gets used to less food and at some point you don’t realize that you don’t eat so much anymore.
