Wieviel Mineralien und Vitamine verträgt mein Körper maximal?

Hi, ich führe ein sehr nahrungsbewusstes, “gesundes” Leben und hätte da ein paar Fragen.

Die Tagesempfohlenen Mengen an Mineralien und Vitaminen ist laut vielen Quellen, unbestätigte Quellen, zu niedrig. Da frag ich mich, was wäre denn die Höchstgrenze an Mineralien und Vitaminen die ich zu mir nehmen könnte?

Da ich 7/Woche Kraftsport treibe und Joggen gehe habe ich auch einen erhöhten Verbrauch. Es geht mir hier um einen Durchschnittmenschen.

So theoretically everything becomes superfluous, so what is too much or the body can no longer absorb, with the urine excreted. Nevertheless, you should pay attention to the maximum dose. Either the package leaflet etc. can help you or a doctor / pharmacist may be more likely, then your lifestyle i.V.m. can be addressed to the dietary supplements.

Doctors are not nutritional advisers and their “knowledge” are often very outdated!

I know what you mean, but there are actually experts in the field and their statements are still relevant. I assume that people working with health insurance companies are already competent, for example ….

I would personally trust their advice more than the statements of a doctor.
