At 3% interest and 2% eradication, this is then about 240,000,- mortgage.

But:

The bank will tell you how much you have left from your income for redemption. “I could pay 1,000,” doesn’t count.

that is always dependent on income and causes vomiting.

and not how much you can free now. Energy and cost of living have increased dramatically

That depends on more.

Do you have EK? Oh, no, that’s a pity…

250 maybe, in the best.

The creditworthiness will be assessed by the Bank, and it is important, above all, to how much equity can be used.

The bank, which is to finance a property, will be very interested in your single-legal equity, and this (aggressive) question only shows me that you have apparently dealt with the conditions for a real estate acquisition so far. Among other things, the banks also have a certain moral duty to keep inexperienced and risky people from falling into over-indebtedness. And my impression is, unfortunately, that this caution could benefit you very much…

The bank wants to have collateral that they can get their money back.

They want to know your financial situation. On the other hand, they want to know what the money is used for and whether it is safe.

If you have to borrow 330.000 euros for a 300,000 euro apartment (incl. no cost), this will be a risky step-in as if you already have 100,000 equity.

There are credit calculators on the Internet that give you a clue.

I’m sorry.

4% credit rate and 2% repayment p.a.

You only need the 6 class primary school

on which amount of credit you come.

If you ask 3 banks, you will get 3 different sums. I’ll tell you about the 250,000 max.
