Hi.

as some have written:

1.) not faster than the maximum permissible speed

2.) No manipulation on the bike – that can be really expensive.

So you can drive faster than 25 km/h with a “normal” pedelec” without any trouble if the engine turns off from 25 km/h (usually from 27 km/h).

My top speed without support by the engine has been 44 km/h (lightly downhill – many will smile:-) ).

As long as you’re rough on the speed rules, it’s not a problem.

But if you only have a pedelec, and with 30 things you’ll get the mountain up, the police will be smart enough to get your bike tuned. But you’re certainly not that stupid (if you’ve ever been tuned).

The police are your least problem.

If you’ve got your bike tuned, and if you’ve got any tumbler on the way or just drive in with you, you’ll still have a (co) school, even if you don’t have any fault in the process. This means that you are still sitting on a high sum of money in an accident that you are not in debt, and that you also receive a notification from the insurance to the police. You know the rest of what can happen (multiannual driver’s license lock, social hours,…).

So only if you did tuning. Shouldn’t be a submission now, only the question was very strange.

You can drive as fast as the speed is allowed, for example 30 in a 30s zone. Or 50 in the city.

There is no speed limit. However, the support by the electric motor is limited.

An e-bike in the form of a pedelec can support you up to a speed of 25 km/h and a speed pedelec up to a speed of 45 km/h.

And what does that have to do with the question?

and a speed pedelec up to a speed of 45 km/h.

In this case the corresponding driver’s license is required

Logical.

what is predetermined

pedestrian zone or toy road with step speed

30 in the 30th zone

50 in the 50th zone

But not more than that allowed for the bike

Pedelec with drive up to 25, speed pedelec up to 45 (and here mW already need the appropriate driver’s license)

at YT there was a video then reading out the maximum speed achieved on the display. 69 km

“Yes – I was cranking with my hand” – is it clear?

Rolling down the mountain?

You can drive as fast as you want. If you drive down the mountain, you’ll get over 50 km/h. All allowed.

… not in a 30s zone!

Well, more than 20km/h are not allowed. So if you’re about it, you know.
