100g noodles mean raw weight. 450g of cooked noodles are about 150g of raw weight, thus about 550 calories.

Plus the fish.

You have to weigh the noodles before cooking and calculate the claws from the uncooked noodles.

The calorie indication refers to dry noodles. Not on the boiled.

450 grams of raw/dry noodles corresponds approximately to the size of a normal pack (this is usually 500 grams) The picture is never in life a whole pack of noodles. That’s maybe a quarter of it. Accordingly, the pure noodles on the picture would at best have 400 kcal.

Even the sauce doesn’t look like 100 grams. (unless that’s all under the noodles).

uncooked 100g are significantly more g cooked because they actually increase in mass by boiling, so you need to use the uncooked amount to calorie

But these are not 450 g dry noodles! I’m sure it would be 4 times.

So you’re serious about the bissel food being almost 2000kcal?

Just as a tip you calculate the noodles wrong
