Wieso wurde das Paket immer noch nicht dort hingebracht?
Ich warte auf meine DHL Sendung, schon seit Montag und es ist bisher nichts passiert, außer (siehe Foto).
Was soll ich noch tun?
Folgendes habe ich schon getan:
* Absender benachrichtigen – Ergebnis: Sagt, es wäre nicht seine Schuld gewesen und er hätte die Adresse und alles richtig angegeben.
* DHL heute kontaktiert – Ergebnis: Ausstehend
* Die Filiale anrufen – Ergebnis: Ich solle doch bitte den Sendungsverlauf beobachten, bevor ich vorbeikommen tue.
