I also know this from other devices with a metallic surface.

If it bothers you, there is a tip that works almost always! Pull the plug out of the can and plug it in again.

Why it’s usually gone, I can’t explain technically. I think I have something to do with the phases of the current. But maybe someone can explain it better.

This can also be electric charges you feel when hoermirzu hasn’t gotten right. Or is it the cooling fan?

Without wanting to say something, it could be on any coils that vibrate on their iron core.
