I came across a video on YouTube about darknet/Telegram marketplaces. It showed a guy selling cloned credit cards that you can use to withdraw money from ATMs using the card and PIN. You pay, say, €500 and get a credit card with a remaining balance of, say, €6,000 or something. I'm just wondering why they take such a risk selling it online instead of going to the ATM themselves?
