Why do proton pump inhibitors change stool color to lighter, including diarrhea?

Why is this? I had it checked by a doctor, but everything is fine. It's the medication, but why does it change the stool color to lighter and trigger diarrhea? I've heard that many people have struggled with this.

This is very rare that the proton pump inhibitors change the chair color and trigger diarrhea.

Talk to your doctor, there are omeprazole, pantoprazole, let you write another variety.

Your gall and billirubin values are all right? Ask your family doctor you can also trigger yellowish chairs.

Good improvement for you.
