For this purpose, the air exchange in the machine must work.

If the laundry does not dry outside the machine, the air is not able to absorb the additional moisture.

That would be the factors I would look at.

Did you pull out the drawer on the top left and empty the water?

Then drain the water and then turn on again and then dry again.
