It's unhealthy to eat or drink sugary drinks in the evening after brushing your teeth. I've always drunk a glass of water before bed and have now been thinking about switching to milk. Is that bad for my teeth? If so, should I drink the milk before brushing my teeth?
Both products come from the same manufacturer (Nestlé) and are intended as substitute milk for infants when the mother cannot breastfeed (yes, it is well known that breast milk is the healthiest). One product costs only 5.75 euros, the other 28.95 euros and is more than three times as expensive when converted to the price…
to save money… Does it still taste strong enough?
If you buy a 250g container of brown mushrooms, what is the best way to store them? Opening the foil and wrapping them in kitchen paper? That would be so much paper. 🙄
