Food tastes good only when it is cooked with love and not with hatred. In the well-known cooking shows, always lovingly cooked.

For me it tastes Italian and Austrian (in the latter I mean, above all, the flour spices) food also better than German, so it must be prepared more accurately.

What can be done wrong with pasta, pizza, schnitzel and keiserschmarn? It’s not easy to prepare dishes.

That’s nice to know all this. But there are people who watch videos for such dishes because they do not know. There’s nothing wrong with that.

Dear someone who doesn’t want to know and learn anything but someone who can and wants to teach.

If I knew everything and if you know, the preparation as a private person is not a problem. I don’t need training as a cook.

It would have been nicer with one, but I don’t want to be so small:

  • Kaiserschmarrn is not a broken pancake
  • You don’t give oil into the noodle water – even if Gordon Ramsay does that. It’s just bullshit and every school dropper knows that.
  • Not every noodle shape fits any sauce.
  • Carbonara consists of egg yolk, guanciale (evtl pancetta), pecorino romano (also grana padano or parmigiano) and pepper. Nix with cream, no bacon, no peas, no chili, no gouda, no vegan Carbonara, no nix
  • Carbonara is stirred with minimal heat (usually only residual heat) and not at the power level of your heart, because you then have noodles with agitator.
  • Ragù alla bolognese is prepared with soffritto, with pancetta, rosemary, milk. (Passata, logically ). No sugar, no ketchup, no “hack meat with onions and passata on”
  • Ragù is available in many variants, with or without pancetta, with or without wine or garlic, with or without milk… – Bolognese is only one.
  • Pizza dough has to go for hours. Not quickly 20 minutes.
  • Schnitzel is baked, not fried. Wiener Schnitzel always consists of calf. Pig carving is maximum “Vienna Art”. Pay attention to semantics – words have a meaning.
  • Vitello tonnato consists of vitello and “tonnato”. Not from tomatoes or other bullshit.

If no dish is simple and how it tastes you, you have to judge yourself. Gives people standing on noodles with cold ketchup. Of course, you can also eat if you want to, but you will be alerted that it is scrap when you upload it to YouTube.

Then take the time for a longer list. I’m excited.
