Moin.
Sorry, but who told you to eat Asian insects?
I happen to be Singhalese. Most Asians feed vegetarian and fish.
Asians don’t live as much as we do. Finished dishes are also not common. If you have to cook every food yourself and it is not so fast available, you inevitably eat more moderately.
It has changed a lot since 1960. Insects are still not eaten in Asia. Or hardly.
Because protein does not stand for muscles, but MC stands for obesity and swabbell belly!
Mc?
Mc Doof (Donalds)
Hello,
Asia is not a “country”, as you cite in a commentary from a not mentioned source, but the largest continent with numerous countries. More than half of humanity lives there. Read more at:
https://de.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asia
The cultures there, and thus also the eating habits, differ at least as much as here in Europe. And I would not say that the traditional cuisine of Ukraine always uses exactly the same ingredients as those of South France. For example, if I want to find out something about the health effects of the consumption of olive oil, then I cannot consider the Europeans as a standard. I don’t know when my parents tried olive oil here in Germany for the first time.
In Asia there may be areas where traditional insects have always had a certain significance on the menu, but for the remaining four billion people there.
How do you think all Asians are thin?
This is just as wrong as all Asian insects eat. While in some countries there are Asian insects to buy in the markets as a snack. But most of this is simply eating “normal” meat like here. A lot of poultry and a lot of pigs are eaten in China. And even if the fewest Chinese are vegetarians, there are also much more vegetables eat there than here.
In China, where I was more often, people are not “thin”, but there are only very few overweight people. (Although this begins to change at least in the cities.) It is possible that Asians are thin because in Europe, from a medical point of view, at least half of people are too thick and you are used to…
Eat that? I don’t think so. It is rice and healthy diet. You go to MC Doof and you’re getting fat. Then you go to the gym and think you’re doing something for health.
Muscles are built by training. They are broken in a controlled manner, making them stronger.
Protein helps to build up muscles, but it doesn’t let them just blow up from nothing.
Check out “Asiaten” and no office staff. By the way, you don’t have to see muscles forcibly, depends on flexibility. Bruce Lee was a muscle mountain, you didn’t see much of it.
And finally, one eats insects more often in Vietnam and Thailand, but they are quite expensive. It’s nothing on the daily menu. Rather, a fly crawls over dinner and is accidentally swallowed.
“The Asians” are not thin. There are thick Asians and thin Asians. In addition, “the Asians” do not feed exclusively from insects.
Muscles are obtained exclusively from strength training and not from eating insects.
No.
Alex
Asians don’t eat insects, otherwise they won’t get fat from protein.
Who told you the nonsense? Overweight is also a topic in Asia. Insects are not there, or hardly anyone.
Someone fucked you up.
“Insects are eaten mainly in countries such as Asia, Africa and South America. They are an important source of protein in the traditional diet of many local populations. There are many types of insects that are used as food, such as grills, locusts, flourworms and bees.”
The decisive word is Local Groups..
In addition, there is no indication of the proportion of insects in the diet…
The amount of animal protein (meat, fish, eggs, milk, etc.) is certainly much larger in Europe & USA…
Where do you find that, for example, in the restaurant? In CN, HK, TW, KR, JP, TH, IN, ID rather not. It’s really crazy.
But what does not mean that this is the main part of the diet.
Pig roast with dumplings is mainly eaten in southern Germany. But that doesn’t mean that all Bayern eat a pig roast with dumplings every day.
Yes, because all people on the Asian continent feed exclusively from insects.
An Asian told me that they really eat everything warm and a lot of vegetables, so they’re so thin.
And Japanese, as well as Koreans (south) simply starve thin.
I don’t know, she was talking to a Vietnamese, mainly about eating everything warm would be healthier
Yes she also meant a lot of rice with vegetables
That is true, especially raw food is unhealthy. I don’t know a Vietnamese who would ever eat raw vegetables.
