If you look at yourself directly, the perspective is very distorting. Even in the mirror there is no neutral image in itself if you are relatively close. Therefore, it is not unusual to assess yourself more optically voluminously than one is in reality.

In the case of magentists, another aspect comes about because they still find themselves optically thick, even if they are only skin and bones. This distortion of perception is a central part of the disturbance. A therapeutic approach is wearing a diving suit: While they cannot see themselves undistorted, they can feel their body shape if they are stuck in the tight suit.

57kg/168cm does not sound like a magnificence, but I wanted to mention this effect anyway.

Depends on your size. Furthermore, it should not be forgotten that only the weight is a little something about body construction, because muscles are heavier than fat.

Of course, it can also be the wrong own image.

Hello this also comes from the fact that you don’t have muscles, and some more fat on the bones, would try to build muscles.

You probably only look thicker in your own perception than you are. At least this is the case in most cases.

Sometimes you get to be a thicker as you actually are.

Don’t worry

Who says that? You or others? If you think so, you might have a wrong body perception.
