Why do I sleep so much?
I fall asleep at about 9-10 am, wake up at 5-6 am, sleep again for an hour, and wake up at about 11-12 am.
Is that too much?

Here's a resting ECG of mine. I know it's nothing dangerous, but maybe someone knows something about it. For your information: I am male, mid-20s, with a cold.
Hello, I'm having trouble making a decision. I'm going on a school ski trip tomorrow morning, but I've had symptoms of a cold for three days now (a slightly elevated temperature, severe headache, dizziness, chills, and a bit of a cough). My mom asked me what's going on tomorrow. So she's letting me decide whether…
Hello, I've had a headache for the past three days. When I look down, it feels like my head is about to explode, and when I look normally, I feel a pulling sensation on the right side… Do you know what could be causing this? LG thanks in advance!
Hello , I have an appointment with my gynecologist soon to have my breasts examined. How does that work? Do I have to get completely naked, or can I take my breasts out of my bra? Thanks.
My sleep rhythm is messed up. I woke up at 10 p.m. the day before yesterday and I'm still awake, so I've been awake for about 28 hours now, and I'm not tired at all. I haven't taken anything, just drank Red Bull and snus. How can that be? I've been awake for so long…
Hi, I've had pain in my tailbone for months. For a long time, I could only sit on my left side. The bone right at the end of my tailbone always hurts when I touch it. I didn't sprain or fall on it. Could it be a bone infection? Will pills help?
Yes this is too much, but it is probably due to weather and season, which motivates you really not.
This means that your body is “powered” and has a need for refreshment. I assume that this is primarily the case in the holidays. My advice would be to allow your body this need for sleep without a bad conscience.
You’ll see it after the 6th. Normalized January again.
This is almost permanent
Then you are “powered” and my advice would be to create a blood laboratory. Your family doctor will give you a transfer. Even small deviations such as iron deficiency or an empty display. D memory can be responsible for what can be compensated with a drug.
1. Do you do a lot of sports or mentally strenuous things?
Two. Do you currently have difficult emotional problems?
3. Do you often only sleep between 4 – 6.5 hours?
4. Have you already checked your blood values to exclude nutrient deficiency?
None
How old are you
Then check the doctor once, because this is unusual
24
Then your body and mind must sleep.
I’m sleeping so much now.
