Wieso landen teilweise irgendwelche Einkaufswagen auf Plätzen, Gassen usw. und werden nicht mehr zum entsprechenden Supermarkt zurückgebracht?

mir ist ein paar Mal, sei es in einer Stadt oder Großstadt vereinzelt aufgefallen, dass irgendwelche Einkaufswagen (egal ob z.B. von Lidl, österreichischen Supermärkten wie BillaPlus (die indirekt auch zur ReweGroup dazugehören) usw.) bei irgendwelchen Plätzen, Gassen oder auch neben Grünflächen usw. wiederauftauchen, wo sie eigentlich gar nicht hingehören.
Allerdings sind diejenigen Leute, die sich diesen Einkaufswagen ausgeborgt haben nicht in der Lage bzw. vielleicht ist es auch sogar deren Absicht, dass sie einen Einkaufswagen ausborgen und nicht mehr zu deren dementsprechenden Supermarkt bzw. Einkaufswagen-Überdachung zurückbringen.
Woran liegt das eigentlich, dass sich irgendwelche Leute einen Einkaufswagen ausborgen, den auf irgendwelchen Plätzen, Gassen verstreut irgendwo hinstellen bzw. liegenlassen und nicht mehr zum dementsprechenden Supermarkt bzw. Einkaufswagen-Überdachung zurückbringen?

What would that be for markets, where the shopping trolleys are prepared when leaving the grounds on the wheel and thus any escape and kidnapping attempts of the shopping trolley are prevented?
I saw it at an ALDI in a Rüsselsheim commercial area. Even corresponding warning signs are attached there.
In my opinion this is a social one – of these “After me the flood-” candidates, unfortunately, there are too many in the area.

If this has also been observed more often, perhaps more is bought than you can wear and the shopping trolley is seen as a means of transport. But what is not right, in the transferred sense it is even theft, the shopping cart is the property of the supermarket.
