Why can't smartphones and Apple phones open a public website?
muster.de/dgrs/113 (muster is only a placeholder)
No problem on my old smartphone (Android 6) and with Firefox. Chrome (Android 6) reports: The requested URL was not found on this server.
Apple / Safari also cannot find the page.
Even if I enter the first name, i.e.

I'm having no success with Chrome. What could be wrong? What kind of censorship is at work here?

Without knowing the exact URL, you can also say or analyze nix.
I have the suspicion that Google (and possibly also Apple) will make direct inputs of the URL difficult and want to read all inputs.
