Why is there no longer a train connection to Göttingen?

I've seen that starting in August, there will no longer be any train connections from Hanover to Göttingen and from Göttingen to Jena. What's the reason for this? Because the train has always run.

The trains between Hanover and Göttingen generally travel normally in August, but on the route between Göttingen and Jena there are blockages due to construction work:

Doesn’t it pay any more, who wants to go to Göttingen? A bus does.
