Wieso kann ich nicht bei Amazon bestellen?

ich bin 19, also obviously volljährig, dennoch kann ich nicht bei Amazon bestellen.
jedes Mal wenn ich versuche etwas zu bestellen bekomme ich eine email, dass ein Problem aufgetreten ist und dass die Bestellung storniert wurde.
Oder dass ich meine Zahlungart ändern muss.
hab es schon mit monatsabrechnung versucht und mit Bankkonto funktioniert es aber auch nicht.
woran liegt das? Was kann ich tun?
